Audiense’s Author Policy also applies to Audiense’s processing of information relating to individuals who publish content on publicly available social media platforms, websites, and other online sources.
Where Audiense processes personal data on behalf of a business customer in connection with Tweet Binder, such processing is governed by the applicable Audiense Data Processing Agreement.
Certain information available through Tweet Binder is obtained from or made available through third-party platforms, including X (formerly Twitter), and may also be subject to the applicable terms, policies, permissions, and privacy practices of those platforms.
